We offer a specialist design service with all projects we carry out. Our in-house CAD operator uses up to date facilities and software to provide a specific and tailored CAD service, communicating throughout with you, members of our team and the likes of architects/consultants to ensure a fully coordinated and consistent design is produced from initial conception to completion.

Basic building layouts, cross-sections, fire & security systems, power, lighting, distribution, containment and anything else you require – we can produce detailed and professional 2D drawings of a vast range of electrical systems and layouts.

Not only this, but we can provide calculations for lighting levels in rooms on a drawing, inputting specific room sizes, heights, windows, doors, etc. And then placing the required light fittings in there to calculate the lighting levels achieved. We can then tailor and change fitting details until regulation lighting levels and your own needs are met.

Once your contract is nearing completion we can compile an Operation & Maintenance manual with a comprehensive pack of information relevant to your installation. This includes useful maintenance details, health & safety, manufacturer literature, drawings and test certificates amongst other information; all neatly laid out and presented in both paper and electronic format completing an integral part of our electrical installation handover procedure.
